We obtain significant mass savings in order to reduce the propulsion energy consumption of trains, boats, planes and automobiles. We innovate by manufacturing aluminum honeycomb sandwich parts with complex double-curved shapes.
Our expertise
Aluminum offers a wide variety of alloys with different mechanical characteristics. Halcyon’s expertise lies in choosing the right alloy for the application in question. Likewise, we define the thicknesses of the sheets and honeycomb in order to obtain the best compromise between mechanical specifications and mass savings.
We handle prototyping or complete production line projects. We offer fully equipped solutions, with inserts for example, to guarantee the longevity of our products.

The story of Halcyon
Halcyon Performance was born in 2015. The company was created by Gwenaël Picaut, following the identification of an interest in cellular structures.
After an initial establishment in Noyal-Châtillon-sur-Seiche, Halcyon took up residence in Saint-Jacques-de-la-Lande (Brittany) in 2020.
